HCP Protocols

​The HCP has created a very rigorous set of protocols for submitting and evaluating your beans and processing those beans into liqueur and chocolate for our Tasting Panel. These conditions will need to be agreed to formally as part of the bean submission process as well but we wanted you to know about them here too to avoid any unnecessary rejections.
The complete set of conditions and more will be spelled out in the HCP Submission Guidelines and Protocol Guide that will be agreed to after you apply.

O HCP criou um conjunto rigoroso de protocolos para a submissão e avaliação das amêndoas e processá-las em liquor e chocolate para o Júri de Desgustação. É preciso que estas condições também sejam aceitas formalmente como parte do processo de submissão das amêndoas para evitar possíveis rejeições do material enviado. Estas condições estão discriminadas no ‘Manual de Procedimentos e Protocolos de como submeter as Amêndoas para o HCP.’

La PCVA a créé une série très rigoureuse de protocoles pour soumettre et évaluer vos fèves, et pour les transformer en liqueur et en chocolat pour notre commission de dégustation.  Il faut s’accorder officiellement comme partie du processus de soumission des fèves aussi, mais nous voulions aussi en parler ici pour éviter des rejections déplacées.  La série complète des conditions et plus encore, sera couverte dans les Directives de Soumission et la Programme de Protocole que vous recevrez par courrier électronique après que vous posiez votre candidature.

El HCP ha creado un conjunto muy riguroso de protocolos para presentar y evaluar sus granos de cacao y procesar esos granos de cacao con licor y chocolate para nuestro Panel de Cata. Se necesitará estar de acuerdo con estas condiciones formalmente como parte del proceso de presentación de los granos de cacao también, pero quisimos informarle aquí para evitar cualquier rechazo innecesario. El conjunto completo de condiciones y más serán explicados en las Directrices de Presentación de HCP y la Guía de Protocolo que serán aceptadas después de que usted aplique.
