What is Save Heirloom Chocolate Day?

Some of your favorite fine chocolate makers and retailers are joining the fight to save endangered and diverse flavors of chocolate, cacao biodiversity and the ecosystems where it grows and is harvested, by committing to donate a day of sales (in-store and online) to the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. 

Why?

The HCP fights to save endangered and diverse flavors of chocolate.  With the support of HCP, smallholder farmers will have increased leverage, organoleptic and genetic information provided by reputable sources to strengthen negotiating power and increase their revenue. 

How?

It's simple! Shop incredible chocolates in-store or online from the participating retailers listed below on November 4th!
Just in time for the holidays.
